1900 Vinyl Tear

Postby NoBoat30 » Fri May 04, 2018 7:48 am

I took my 2015 1900ES out this past weekend for the first time this season and noticed a crack (the vinyl was hard around the crack) in a section of the mocha vinyl on my port bow seat. Does anyone know the brand of vinyl Regal uses, possibly a part number? I'd like to purchase some so I can re-upholster that seat or have it done.

Take the seat out and bring it to a upholsterer in your area and have them try to match the color/fabric. I just did this with one of my bridge deck seat cushions and the shop came up with a color about 98% of original! You have to remember that the vinyl will degrade and darken over several years in the sun so you wont get a perfect match! The "hard" crack is due to sun exposure and getting wet constantly, that is what happened to one of our cushions.
