Are there any tags on your canvas now?
My 2000 canvas was made, and parts replaced, by Great Lakes Boat Top.
Just checked, though, and yours is not listed.

Often local shops may be as good as OEM, and cheaper.

You will most likely need to just contact a local upholstery shop in your area to do the work. They will make templates and can change anything you want, ie glass here, vents there, extensions over there. It will be expensive either way. The factory ones are stupid expensive, as an example, just the sunpad cover (single piece of sunbrella) cost $1300 for the 35SC. That's for 8 snaps and two small seams and a fabric channel and about 3 yards of material.

I would see if you can get a few quotes. Is that for a full canvas or just the top? Do you need any metal work done or just the canvas itself?

That is extremely high. I have the bridge boat and replaced all the canvas, eisenglas along with polycarbonate front panels, all for $2200.
