Hi guys, decide to upgrade my old garmin with out fish finder, the new unit is the ECHOMAP™ Plus 75sv and decid to install a in hull transducer, whats the best spot the fit in my 2565 window express, thanks

The installation instructions should have recommendations to follow. I have been asking myself the same questions regarding my Albin electronics upgrade and found what I needed from the transducer manufacturer. Airmar is the transducer manufacturer that most use. Good luck on the upgrade.

If you have a stepped hull it has to go before the step. Otherwise right headed of the main engine. Just make sure its tilted to shoot straight down, and not at an angle for best picture.
