Hyatt Regency - Great Destination for Kids

Postby LuvnLifeII » Sun Jul 26, 2009 6:30 pm

This weekend we took our niece (9) and nephew (12) to the Cambridge Hyatt Regency Resort on the boat. (http://www.chesapeakebay.hyatt.com/hyat ... /index.jsp) This was the first time they had ever stayed on the boat over night and they had a great time. The resort is a great place for kids as they were able to swim, go down the water slide, play miniature golf, volleyball and even have real s’mores on the camp fire. From Baltimore, it is a 60 mile trip each way so a little bit of a hike but well worth it. The only issue is the sea nettles getting in the AC water strainer. Recommend scheduling a 2 night trip to get the full use of the facilities, one night was just not enough.
